高职院校现代学徒制背景下人才培养机制探讨

摘要 在现代学徒制框架下,“双师双元”的模式要求高职院校与企业教师共同承担职前教育的主体,从人才培养方案、课程体系到实训、增值评价等方面实现真正的协同合作。特别是课程的实训部分,应构建高校课堂与企业课堂“双课堂”,院校教师与企业教师共为指导教师,分别针对理论及教育实践进行指导,实现人才培养与市场岗位要求无缝对接。 Within the framework of modern apprenticeship,the“dual-system dual-teacher”model necessitates collaborative efforts between vocational colleges and enterprise teachers in shouldering the main responsibility for pre-job education.This collaboration spans across talent cultivation programs,curriculum systems,training,and value-added evaluation.Notably,in the practical training segment of the curriculum,a“dual classroom”approach should be implemented,featuring both college and enterprise classrooms.Here,college teachers and enterprise teachers jointly serve as instructors,offering guidance on theory and educational practice,ultimately achieving seamless alignment between talent cultivation and the job requirements of the market.
