大学生党员发展和管理的量化考核体系研究

Research on the Quantitative Assessment System for the Development and Management of Party Members from University Student

高校学生党员的发展质量直接影响到党员队伍的政治纯洁性和先锋模范作用的发挥。在实际工作中,由于存在党员发展体系不完善、党员培养体系不健全、党员管理不作为、党建队伍专业性不够强等不足,导致大学生党员质量有所下降。为提高大学生党员的质量,长江大学电子信息与电气工程学院引入量化考核指标体系,并进行实施和完善,取得较好的成效。

The quality of the development of Party members from university students directly influences the political purity and exemplary role of the Party member team.In practical work,deficiencies such as an incomplete Party member development system,an inadequate Party member training system,inactive Party member management,and insufficient professionalism in the Party building team have led to a decline in the quality of Party members from university students.To enhance the quality of Party members from university students,the College of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering at Yangtze University has introduced a quantitative assessment indicator system,implemented and refined it,achieving significant results.
