摘要
当前,油田企业高校毕业生引育工作存在高校毕业生招聘竞争激烈、油田企业吸引力不足、留才聚才难度较大等困难和问题。为进一步做好人才引育工作,江汉油田精准施策,企校联动保生源;多管齐下,打造育才摇篮;精心关爱,打造聚才强磁场,取得较好的成效,为油田高质量发展夯实了人才发展根基。
Currently,the cultivation and attraction of university graduates in oilfield enterprises face challenges such as intense competition in recruitment,insufficient attractiveness of oilfield enterprises,and difficulties in retaining and attracting talent.To further improve talent cultivation and attraction,Jianghan Oilfield adopts precise measures,establishes effective cooperation with universities to secure a stable talent pool,implements comprehensive strategies to nurture talent,and creates a supportive environment to retain and attract talent.These efforts have yielded positive results,laying a solid foundation for the high-quality development of oilfields.
