随着公司“万千百”战略目标扎实推进,油田企业价值创造能力要求进一步提高,必须加快构建战略财务管控体系,深化财务职能转型。应坚持拓市推价、夯实创效基础;坚持目标牵引、强化预算管理;坚持制度固本、推进从严管理,扎实推进业财融合,逐步实现结构优化、职能到位、服务高效、绩效领先的财务管理目标。
With the solid advancement of the company's“10,000-1,000-100”strategic goals,the value-ADDED capability of primary-level oilfield enterprises needs to be further enhanced.It is necessary to accelerate the building of a strategic financial control system and deepen the transformation of financial functions.The approach involves adhering to market expansion and price promotion,consolidating the foundation for effective innovation;adhering to goal guidance,strengthening budget management;adhering to institutional consolidation,promoting strict management,and steadily advancing the integration of business and finance.The ultimate goal is to achieve optimized structure,well-placed functions,efficient services,and leading financial management performance.
