不同纤维材料对混凝土力学及耐久性能的影响研究

摘要 本文对掺入不同纤维材料混凝土的抗压强度、抗弯强度、孔隙率、吸水率及抗酸碱侵蚀性能进行测试,研究纤维材料对混凝土力学性能和耐久性能的影响。结果表明:混凝土掺入不同材料纤维后,其劈裂抗拉强度和抗弯强度有所提高,当掺入体积比为1.6%的钢纤维时,纤维混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度最大,与普通混凝土相比,提高了10.4%;天然纤维混凝土的吸水率和孔隙率高于人工纤维混凝土,相较于人工纤维混凝土,氯离子在天然纤维混凝土中的渗透性相对较高,当掺入1.6%的剑麻纤维时,纤维混凝土的氯离子渗透性最高,通过的电荷为1617 C;在酸碱侵蚀和硫酸盐侵蚀条件下,天然纤维混凝土的侵蚀现象较人造纤维混凝土更严重,说明天然纤维混凝土的耐久性能较差。 This paper tests the compressive strength,flexural strength,porosity,water absorption,and acid alkali corrosion resistance of concrete mixed with different fiber materials,and studies the influence of fiber materials on the mechanical properties and durability of concrete.The results show that the addition of different material fibers in concrete increases its splitting tensile strength and flexural strength.When steel fibers with a volume ratio of 1.6%are added,the splitting tensile strength of fiber reinforced concrete is the highest,which is 10.4% higher than that of ordinary concrete;the water absorption and porosity of natural fiber concrete are higher than those of artificial fiber concrete.Compared to artificial fiber concrete,the permeability of chloride ions in natural fiber concrete is relatively high.When 1.6% sisal fiber is added,the chloride ion permeability of fiber concrete is the highest,with a charge of 1617 C passing through;under acid-base erosion and sulfate erosion conditions,the corrosion phenomenon of natural fiber concrete is more severe than that of artificial fiber concrete,indicating that the durability of natural fiber concrete is poor.
