摘要
为优化黄花菜组培苗生根培养基和炼苗移栽技术,对黄花菜组培苗生根培养基中蔗糖浓度、活性炭含量及移栽过程中基质配比和水肥管理方式展开了研究。结果表明:最利于黄花菜组培苗生根的培养基蔗糖浓度为20 g/L,活性炭含量为0.1%;最适合黄花菜组培苗的移栽基质配比为蛭石∶草炭∶珍珠岩=3∶1∶1(v/v/v),在此基质中栽培20 d后喷施1∶60倍根生根溶液,40 d后黄花菜组培苗成活率最高,达98%。
In order to optimize the rooting medium and acclimatization and transplanting technology of Hemerocallis citrina seedlings,we studied the sucrose concentration and the activated carbon content in the rooting medium,as well as the ratio of substrate and water and fertilizer management during transplanting.The results show that the most favorable sucrose concentration is 20 g/L,activated carbon content is 0.1%,and the most suitable transplanting substrate for Hemerocallis citrina seedlings was vermiculite∶grass charcoal∶perlite=3∶1∶1(v/v/v).After 20 days of cultivation in this substrate,a rooting solution with 1∶60 dilution was sprayed,and the highest survival rate of Hemerocallis citrina seedlings was 98%after 40 days.
