农业转移人口市民化程度的综合测评及不同规模城市的差异性——基于CMDS数据的分析

Comprehensive Evaluation of Citizenization Level of Agricultural Transfer Population and Differences in Cities of Different Sizes Based on CMDS Data

选择江苏省作为研究区域,基于2017年全国流动人口卫生计生动态监测调查数据,从就业、居住、社保、心理等4个维度,定量测评了农业转移人口的市民化程度,并综合分析了其在不同规模城市间的差异性。结果表明:无论是综合市民化程度还是分维度市民化程度,均表现为按城市的规模由大到小依次递减,市民化程度与其所在城市的规模大小呈正相关性;从分维度市民化程度的差异大小来看,就业市民化程度的差异最大,其次是社保市民化程度和心理市民化程度,差异最小的是居住市民化程度,这种差异主要是由不同规模城市的经济社会发展水平差异造成。

Jiangsu Province is used as the study area,based on the 2017“National Floating Population Health and Family Continuous Survey Data”(CMDS2017 data),the paper quantitatively evaluates citizenization level of agricultural transfer population from 4 aspects such as employment,housing,social insurance and psychology,and comprehensively analyzes its differences among cities of different sizes.The results show that both the level of total citizenship and the level of sub citizenship are decreasing in order in large,medium and small cities,showing a positive correlation with the city size.From the difference in the level of sub citizenship,the difference in the level of employment citizenship is the largest,followed by the level of social insurance citizenship and psychological citizenship,and the smallest difference is the level of residential citizenship.The difference is mainly due to the different levels of economic and social development of cities of different sizes.
