净水生态渔业的探索及其可持续发展研究——基于皖南青龙湖渔业发展的案例分析

Exploration and Sustainable Development of Clean Water Ecological Fishery:A Case Study Based on Fishery Development of Qinglong Lake in Southern Anhui

以青龙湖渔业为研究对象,运用案例分析法对青龙湖净水生态渔业的基本内容和现状进行了系统的梳理,在此基础上围绕其技术逻辑、生态效益和品牌机遇搭建了净水生态渔业运行的分析框架。结合框架并基于长期观察,分析了该地区在渔业实践中所面临的现实困境,具体包括非法捕捞、外源污染和产业支持力量的削弱,并从健全渔政监管、完善污染防治和发展流水养鱼等3个层面提出了推动渔业可持续发展的实践路径。

This paper took the development of Qinglong Lake fishery as the research object,and used the case analysis method to systematically sort out the basic content and current situation of Qinglong Lake water purification ecological fishery.On this basis,an analytical framework for the operation of clean water ecological fishery was built around its technical logic,ecological benefits and brand opportunities.Combined with the framework and based on long-term observations,this paper analyzed the real difficulties faced by the fishery practice in this area,including illegal fishing,external pollution and the weakening of industrial support.Finally,the practical path to promote the sustainable development of fishery was put forward from three aspects of improving fishery supervision,improving pollution prevention and developing running water fish farming.
