党群一体化:高校全面深化思想政治工作的路径选择

The Integration of the Party and the Masses: An Optimized Pathfor Comprehensively Deepening Ideological and Political Workin Colleges and Universities

在论述党群一体化发展背景和核心要义的基础上,分析其作为一种具有系统性思维的党群组织建设与党建工作模式,与“大思政”教育观的核心内涵高度契合,认为其有利于高校党组织推进党建工作和思想政治工作融合发展,加强党组织对思想政治工作的全面领导。结合高校建构党群一体化运行机制的组织和人力资源优势,以促进高校党群组织把广大师生“组织起来”自觉参与和接受思想政治教育为目标,提出党群一体化的建构原则和同步规划、同步推进、同步考核三个方面的实施路径。

Based on the review of developing course and typical elements of integration of Party-Mass work,it appears to be a systematic method for Party building and consolidation of people’s group organizations.The kernel of this method corresponds to the concept of“Big Ideological and Political Education”with a high degree.Accordingly,to implement this method would be beneficial for Party organization to conduct Party building and ideological and political work simultaneously,and especially to strengthen the Party’s overall leadership.Applying this method in colleges and universities has unique advantages in aspect of organization and human resources.Furthermore,with the goal of organizing and leading faculty and students to participate in ideological and political education actively,we put forward construction principles for putting integration of Party-Mass work into effect and three specific paths as follows:to plan,implement and assess synchronously.
