西安市低碳客运结构优化分析

Optimization Analysis of Low-carbon Passenger Transport Structure in Xi'an

交通是碳排放的主要行业,在“双碳”成为我国国家战略的背景下,积极调整交通结构,降低城市客运碳排放是其中关键的一环。本文以西安市客运现状为基础,对历年西安市客运交通情况分类进行梳理,并对主城区居民出行行为进行了分析,通过对碳排放因子的标定,应用IPCC碳排放测定模型,对西安市客运交通结构现状的各种出行方式碳排放进行了深入分析,提出了公交方式倾斜、降低私家车出行意愿、鼓励新能源机动车普及、加强政策引导等优化措施,为西安市进一步落实低碳客运提供了辅助性建议。

Transportation is the main industry with carbon emissions.In the context of China's national strategy of "dual carbon",actively adjusting the transportation structure and reducing carbon emissions from urban passenger transportation are key factors.Based on the current situation of passenger transportation in Xi'an,the passenger transportation situation in Xi'an over the years is categorized and the travel behaviors of residents in the main urban area are analyzed.By calibrating the carbon emission factor and applying the IPCC carbon emission measurement model,the carbon emissions of various travel modes in Xi'an's passenger transportation structure are analyzed in depth.The paper proposes to tilt the public transportation mode,reduce the willingness of private car travel,and encouraging the popularization of new energy vehicles and strengthening policy guidance have provided auxiliary suggestions for further implementing low-carbon passenger transportation in Xi'an.
