基于家庭属性差异的居民出行方式选择

摘要 交通方式的选择是城市交通规划和政策制定的重要依据。为深入剖析家庭属性差异对居民出行方式选择行为的影响,本文基于效用最大化理论构建多项Logit模型,通过SP调查获取了西安市480份居民出行的有效样本数,建立了家庭属性差异的出行数据库,运用SAS软件标定模型参数,通过回归系数B值来判定影响居民出行选择的主要家庭属性因素。研究结果表明:方案三的拟合最优,其中家庭收入、出行距离影响显著。当家庭收入、出行距离提升一个单位,使乘坐公共交通的概率分别降低0.749个单位和提升1.227个单位,乘坐非公共运输方式的概率分别降低1.85个单位和提升2.883个单位;可以看出当收入提高时居民更愿意选择非公共方式,当两个因素同时增加时,非公共交通更受居民欢迎。 The choice of transportation mode is an important basis for urban transportation planning and policy formulation.In order to deeply analyze the impact of family attribute differences on residents'travel choice behavior,this article constructs a multiple Logit model based on the theory of utility maximization.A valid sample size of 480 residents'travel in Xi'an was obtained through SP survey,and a travel database for family attribute differences was established.SAS software was used to calibrate model parameters,and the main family attribute factors that affect residents'travel choice were determined through the regression coefficient B value.The research results indicate that Scheme 3 has the best fit,with significant effects on household income and travel distance.When household income and travel distance increase by one unit,the probability of taking public transportation decreases by 0.749 units and increases by 1.227 units,respectively,while the probability of taking non-public transportation decreases by 1.85 units and increases by 2.883 units,respectively;It can be seen that residents are more willing to choose non-public transportation when income increases,and when both factors increase simultaneously,non-public transportation is more popular among residents.
