“双碳”背景下陕西省绿色交通发展对策研究

摘要 交通领域一直以来都是温室气体排放的主要领域之一,“双碳”目标的提出将给交通领域的发展带来极为深远的影响。而随着“双碳”发展战略的提出与实施,陕西省绿色交通发展对策成为函待解决的问题。对此,本文从陕西省绿色交通发展的现状和存在的问题展开研究。通过梳理相关文献和数据的基础上,对陕西省绿色交通发展的影响因素进行剖析,分析现有交通运输的不足之处。在此基础上,从政府政策体制改革、交通工具新能源技术发展升级、人们出行方式绿色化转变以及交通基础设施智能化水平提高等方面提出了一系列针对陕西省绿色交通发展的对策建议。本文期望通过对陕西省绿色交通发展对策的研究,为陕西省加快推进绿色交通发展提供理论支持和实践参考。 The field of transportation has always been one of the main fields of greenhouse gas emissions,and the proposal of the "double carbon"goal will have a far-reaching impact on the development of the transportation field.With the proposal and implementation of the "double carbon"development strategy,the development of green transportation in Shaanxi Province has become an urgent problem.In this regard,this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of green transportation development in Shaanxi Province.On the basis of combing relevant literature and data,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of green transportation development in Shaanxi Province and analyzes the shortcomings of existing transportation.On this basis,a series of countermeasures and suggestions for the development of green transportation in Shaanxi Province are put forward from the aspects of government policy system reform,new energy technology development and upgrading of transportation vehicles,green travel mode transformation and intelligent level improvement of transportation infrastructure.This paper is expected to provide theoretical support and practical reference for Shaanxi Province to accelerate the development of green transportation through the study of green transportation development countermeasures.
