我国机械工程智能化进展及问题探究

摘要 机械工程中运用到的技术都比较专业,并且其施工环境存在很多的变化,复杂多样,所以安全事故时有发生,这就使得机械工程在运行中受到了制约。如果在机械工程中运用智能化技术,在提高机械工程工作效率的同时也能为机械工程的安全性提供相应的保障,更有助于控制机械污染带来的问题,对全面提升机械生产效益具有跨时代的意义。智能化技术的普及可大大节约人力资源成本,提升机械化发展水平。把智能化技术运用到机械工程中,要对机械生产的现状和应用需求进行准确的判断,才能选到高质量的智能化体系,提升企业的经济效益,加快我们国家机械产业的发展步伐,再加上多种政策的扶持,可推进机械工程自动化与智能化的全面发展。本研究论文主要从智能化技术在机械工程中的现状和技术优势进行了全面的分析阐述,并在这个基础上提出相应的措施,比如导航技术、信息化技术、机械自动化设备优化方案、智能化在检测中的运用和网络信息技术的应用等。 The technology used in mechanical engineering is more professional,and its construction environment has a lot of changes,complex and diverse,so safety accidents occur from time to time,which makes mechanical engineering in operation is restricted.If intelligent technology is used in mechanical engineering,it can not only improve the efficiency of mechanical engineering,but also provide corresponding protection for the safety of mechanical engineering,but also help to control the problems caused by mechanical pollution,and have trans-era significance for comprehensively improving the efficiency of mechanical production.The popularization of intelligent technology can greatly save the cost of human resources and improve the level of mechanization development.The application of intelligent technology to mechanical engineering,to make an accurate judgment on the current situation of mechanical production and application needs,in order to choose a high-quality intelligent system,improve the economic benefits of enterprises,accelerate the pace of development of our country's machinery industry,coupled with a variety of policy support,can promote the comprehensive development of mechanical engineering automation and intelligence.This research paper mainly analyzes the status quo and technical advantages of intelligent technology in mechanical engineering,and puts forward corresponding measures on this basis,such as navigation technology,information technology,mechanical automation equipment optimization scheme,intelligent application in testing and network information technology application.
