思政课教学与管理育人协同的逻辑依据与实践进路 被引量:2

摘要 从理论上看,实践与认识的辩证关系原理、系统组分协同理论、内化与外化的统一规律、显性教育与隐性教育的互补性是思政课教学与管理育人协同的内在依据。从现实上看,思政课教学与管理育人协同是消解知行分离、育人冲突现象与解决由实际问题引发的学生思想问题的必然选择。实践中,推动思政课教学与管理育人协同,应促进思政课教师与管理者的角色交叉,搭建思政课教学与管理育人的协同平台,构建思政课教学与管理育人的联动机制。 Theoretically,the principle of dialectical relationship between practice and cognition,the theory of systematic components coordination,the law of internalization and externalization's unification,and the complementarity of explicit education and implicit education are the internal bases for the coordination of ideological and political theory teaching and management education.From the realistic aspects,the coordination between ideological and political theory teaching and management education is an inevitable choice to eliminate the separation of knowing and doing,the conflict of education and the ideological problems of students caused by practical problems.In practice,to promote the coordination between ideological and political theory teaching and management education,we should promote the roles intersection of ideological and political theory teachers and managers,build a collaborative platform between ideological and political theory teaching and management education,and build a joint-action mechanism between ideological and political theory teaching and management education.
