摘要
收集国内外相关文献构建合理检索式,以综合评价太极拳对老年人身体机能、心理状态两方面的作用效果。效应量合并结果显示,太极拳运动可对老年人身体机能方面产生显著的中等效应改善效果,其中运动周期>24周、频率≥2次/周及健康老年人和膝骨关节炎患者群体的疗效明显。同时对心理状态方面具有相同的提升作用,但仅发现>2次/周的太极拳运动可显著改善老年人的心理状态。太极拳运动可显著改善老年人身体机能与心理状态的效果处于中等效应范围内。建议制定提高身体机能的运动处方为周期>24周、运动频率≥2次/周,对健康老年人和膝骨关节炎患者群体效果较明显。而在改善心理状态方面,除发现运动频率应>2次/周外,无其它具有统计学意义的结果。
To comprehensively evaluate the effects of Tai Chi on the health-related quality of life of the elderly in terms of physical function and psychological state,the relevant literatures at home and abroad are collected by constructing a reasonable retrieval formula.The combined effect size shows that Tai Chi exercise is able significantly to improve the physical functions related to the quality of life for the elderly with a moderate effect,and the curative effect was especially obvious for the group of patients with knee osteoarthritis and the healthy elderly when the time of duration is more than 24 weeks and the exercise frequency≥2 times/week.It is found that psychological state of the elderly is also significantly improved when the exercise frequency≥2 times/week.Conclusively,Tai Chi exercise significantly improves the physical function and psychological state of the health-related quality of life for the elderly,especially,exercise frequency≥2 times/week is more effective for improving the health-related quality of life for healthy elderly and patients with knee osteoarthritis;and there is no statistically significant result in improving the mental state except that the exercise frequency is≥2 times/week.
