青龙衣的化学成分及药理活性研究进展

Research Progress on the Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Activities of Qinglongyi

青龙衣作为野山胡桃的青皮,在我国有着悠久的栽培史、产量丰富,但大部分都作为废弃物处理,造成资源的浪费,研究表明通过不同提取和纯化的方法可以从青龙衣中提取大量的活性物质,其中包括萘醌类、黄酮类、二芳基庚烷类、多糖等,这些活性物质有着重要的药理作用,用于抑菌作用、抗肿瘤作用、抗氧化作用等,本文通过对青龙衣相关化学成分和药理作用的研究分析,希望可以在今后的开发研究起到一个参考的作用。

As the green skin of wild hickory,Qinglongyi has a long history of cultivation and rich production in China,but most of them are treated as waste,resulting in a waste of resources.Studies have shown that a large number of active substances,including naphthoquinones,flavonoids,diarylheptanes,polysaccharides,etc.,can be extracted from Qinglongyi by different extraction and purification methods,and the studies have shown that these active substances have important pharmacological effects,used for antibacterial,antitumor and antioxidant effects.The study shows that these active substances have important pharmacological effects,such as antibacterial,antitumor and antioxidant effects,etc.In this paper,we analyze the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Qinglongyi,hoping that it can be used as a reference in the future development and research.
