玻璃钢手糊成型工艺实践研究

摘要 研究了玻璃钢手糊成型技术,就树脂液的配制和玻璃钢手糊成型工艺进行了实验。玻璃钢基体材料采用不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR),固化剂为过氧化甲乙酮,促进剂为环烷酸钴,加强材料采取玻璃纤维布。实验了玻璃钢基体材料各组分比例的影响,对实验中遇到的固化温度、固化时间、原料配比、施工工艺等因素造成的玻璃钢质量问题进行了分析。 The technology of Fiber Reinforced Plastic(FRP)hand paste molding was studied,and experiments were conducted on the preparation of resin solution and the hand lay-up molding process.The matrix material of FRP is unsaturated polyester resin(UPR),the curing agent is methyl ethyl ketone peroxide,the promoter is cobalt naphthenate,and the reinforcing material is glass fiber cloth.The influence of the proportion of each component in the fiberglass matrix material was investigated,and analyzed the problems encountered in the experiment that caused by factors such as curing temperature,curing time,raw material ratio,and processing technology.
