新疆某油田天然气深冷处理工艺研究及优化

摘要 近年来,随着能源事业的发展,相关工艺技术也取得了很大的进步。石油是现代重要能源,我国一直都非常重视对油田的开发,而在油田开发过程中,往往还会伴有较大量的油田伴生气及凝析气,如何对这些轻烃物质进行高效回收,是一项重要的问题。国内外采用轻烃回收装置和深冷处理工艺来进行采集工作,从而提高了采集效率,有效地降低了能量损耗。新疆某油田天然气处理装置采用加拿大原装进口的设备,利用J-T阀结合丙烷辅助制冷工艺。本文通过深入研究该天然气处理装置制冷工艺现状,剖析工艺原理,找出影响制冷效果的关键因素,目的是在现有的工艺设备基础上,找出不同天然气量级情况下,轻烃收率最优,工艺参数优化调整的方法和路径。 In recent years,with the development of the energy industry,significant progress has been made in related process technologies.Pe-troleum is an important modern energy source,and China has always attached great importance to the development of oil fields.In the process of oil field development,there is often a large amount of associated gas and condensate gas.How to efficiently recover these light hydrocarbon substances is an important issue.At home and abroad,light hydrocarbon recovery devices and cryogenic treatment processes are used for collection work,there-by improving collection efficiency and effectively reducing energy loss.The natural gas processing unit of a certain oilfield in Xinjiang adopts equip-ment imported from Canada,using J-T valves combined with propane assisted refrigeration process.This article conducts in-depth research on the cur-rent status of the refrigeration process of the natural gas treatment device,analyzes the process principle,and identifies the key factors that affect the refrigeration effect.The purpose is to identify the methods and paths for optimizing and adjusting process parameters under different natural gas lev-els based on the existing process equipment.
