建筑产业工人队伍建设的现实困境与工会赋能——以中建八局为例

摘要 目前,我国建筑工人队伍已出现“老龄化”趋势,存在知识技能素养不高、就业稳定性差、收入普遍不高、社会保障水平低、就业渠道狭窄等情况。职业素质评价不高和职业化转型意愿不强是制约建筑产业工人队伍建设的主要因素。工会要通过打造“思想引领”“学习培训”“技能竞赛”“关心关爱”四大平台,赋能建筑农民工,将他们培育成新型产业工人。 At present,an "ageing" trend of Chinese construction workforce is emerging,with low knowledge and skills,poor employment stability,generally low incomes,low levels of social security and narrow employment channels.Professional quality evaluation is not high and vocational transformation will not be strong is the main factor restricting the construction of industrial workers team construction.The trade union organizations should build four platforms,namely "ideological leadership","learning and training","skills competition" and "care and concern",to empower migrant construction workers.The trade union should empower the construction migrant workers by building the four platforms of "ideological leadership","learning and training","skills competition" and "care and concern" to cultivate them into new industrial workers.
