对在职职工医疗互助保障运行工作的思考——以杭州市为例

Reflections on the Operation of Medical Mutual Aid Protection for Inservice Employees——Taking the City of Hangzhou as an Example

近几年,我国陆续出台有关医疗互助的相关政策和文件,将医疗互助逐步纳入多层次的医疗保障体系。医疗互助作为多层次医疗保障体系的有益补充,发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文以杭州市为例,通过对2016—2020年度杭州市职工医疗互助基本情况的比较分析和动态研究,针对在职职工医疗互助工作运行中的问题提出相应建议。

In recent years,China has successively issued relevant policies and documents on mutual medical assistance,gradually incorporating mutual medical assistance into the multilevel medical insurance system.As a useful supplement to the multi-level medical insurance system,medical mutual aid plays an increasingly important role.Taking Hangzhou as an example,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the problems in the operation of medical mutual aid for in-service workers through comparative analysis and dynamic research on the basic situation of medical mutual aid for workers in Hangzhou in the year 2016-2020.
