产业工人权益维护探索:基于提高生活品质的视角——以上海市为例

Exploring the Protection of Industrial Workers' Rights and Interests:Based on the Perspective of Improving the Quality of Life——Taking the City of Shanghai as an Example

产业工人是实施制造强国战略的有生力量,对推动经济社会持续健康发展具有重要作用。通过深化产业工人队伍建设改革,全面推进产业工人权益维护,切实增强广大产业工人的获得感、幸福感和安全感。本文基于提高生活品质的视角,以上海市为例,分析了推进产业工人权益维护中的现实困境,提出进一步提高产业工人薪酬待遇,畅通产业工人发展通道,构建产业工人技能形成体系,提高产业工人保障水平,加强安全生产和职业健康工作,优化公共配套服务,切实提高产业工人生活品质。

Industrial workers are a living force in the implementation of the strategy of manufacturing a strong country,and play an important role in promoting the sustained and healthy development of the economy and society.By deepening the reform of the construction of industrial workers' team and comprehensively promoting the maintenance of industrial workers' rights and interests,the sense of acquisition,happiness,and security of most industrial workers has been effectively strengthened.Based on the perspective of improving the quality of life,this paper takes Shanghai as an example,analyses the realistic dilemmas in promoting the maintenance of industrial workers' rights and interests,and proposes to further improve the remuneration and treatment of industrial workers,unimpeded the development channel of industrial workers,construct the skill formation system of industrial workers,improve the level of protection for industrial workers,strengthen the work of safety production and occupational health,optimize the public ancillary services,and practically improve the quality of life of industrial workers.
