普惠金融视角下新就业形态劳动者保险保障状况研究——以无锡市为例

A Research on the Insurance Protection Status of New Employment Pattern Workers under the Perspective of Financial Inclusion——Taking the City of Wuxi as an Example

近年来,以去雇主化、平台化为主要特征的一系列新就业形态在稳定扩大就业、畅通经济循环、推动消费升级、增进民生福祉等方面发挥了积极作用,成为推动经济社会发展的重要组成部分。本文基于普惠金融视角,对无锡市新就业形态劳动者保险保障状况进行了问卷调查,并运用二元logistic回归分析方法对数据进行了统计分析,实证分析了新就业形态劳动者社会保险和商业保险的参保行为及其影响因素,并提出完善新就业形态劳动者保险保障制度的对策建议。

In recent years,a series of new employment forms,mainly characterized by decentralization of employers,and the form of platform,have played a positive role in steadily expanding employment,unimpeded economic cycles,promoting consumption upgrading and enhancing people's well-being,and have become an important part of the promotion of economic and social development.Based on the perspective of financial inclusion,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the insurance protection status of workers in new employment patterns in Wuxi City,statistically analyses the data using binary logistic regression analysis,empirically analyses the participation behavior of workers in new employment patterns in terms of social and commercial insurance and their influencing factors,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the insurance protection system of workers in new employment patterns.
