试析《新雕孙真人千金方》对《备急千金要方》原书内容的改动

Discussion on the Changes to the Content of the Original Book of Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang in Newly-Carved Sun Zhen Ren Qian Jin Fang

《新雕孙真人千金方》(简称“新雕本”)为唐代孙思邈《备急千金要方》的重要版本之一。既往认为,相对经北宋校正医书局校改的《备急千金要方》(简称“宋校本”)而言,新雕本更接近孙氏原著旧貌。该文从文献旁证及原文自证两种方法入手,发现新雕本刻者在药物脚注、方证条文序号、方证条文所属章节及部分脉诊内容等方面可能对孙思邈《备急千金要方》原文做了一定程度的改动。今后有关《备急千金要方》的版本研究工作中,是否能以“新雕本”为基准去评判北宋校正医书局对原书内容的改动,值得商榷。

The Newly-Carved Sun Zhen Ren Qian Jin Fang(the newly-carved edition or Xindiao’s edition of Invaluable Prescriptions for Emergencies,the popular edition before official block printing of the Northern Song Dynasty)is one of the most important editions of Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang(Invaluable Prescriptions for Emergencies)written by SUN Si-Miao in the Tang Dynasty.It has been believed that the newly-carved edition is closer to SUN’s original work than the edition of Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang printed in the third year of Zhiping period of the Northern Song Dynasty by Office of Revising Medical Books(Song’s edition).This paper found that the engraver of the newly-carved edition may have made a certain degree of alteration to SUN Si-Miao’s original text of the Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang in terms of the footnotes of medicines,the serial numbers of the provisions of the formulae for the syndrome,the chapter titles of the provisions of the formulae for the syndrome,and some of the contents of the pulse diagnosis when starting from the bibliographic circumstantial evidence and the selfevidence of the original text.It is questionable to judge the changes to the contents in Song’s edition with the newlycarved edition as a benchmark for the future research on the edition of the Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang.
