摘要
对SGZ764/800型刮板运输机伸缩机尾在平顺性、伸缩自如性、可靠性上存在的问题进行了分析,在实际使用的基础上提出了优化改进设计方法,改进后的设备在30405工作面进行了实践应用。结果表明,刮板输送机整机性能及伸缩机尾均有效提高,降低了工作人员的劳动强度,提高了对链条的安全使用,为伸缩机尾调链机构结构的优化改进设计提供参考。
The problems of SGZ764/800 scraper conveyor's telescopic tail in smoothness,telescopic freedom and reliability are analysed,and the optimization and improvement design method is proposed on the basis of actual use,and the improved equipment is practically applied in 30405 working face.The results show that:the performance of the scraper conveyor and telescopic tail are ffectively improved,reduce the labour intensity of the staff,improve the safe use of the chain,for the telescopic tail adjusting the chain structure of the mechanism to optimize and improve the design to provide reference.
