摘要
针对采煤机摇臂壳体存在肋板位置开裂的问题,以J71A型薄煤层大功率采煤机摇臂壳体为研究对象,运用ANSYS Workbench仿真分析软件,开展了摇臂壳体强度分析。结果表明,摇臂壳体肋板位置存在应力集中是其出现断裂的主要原因。通过提高肋板尺寸的方法完成了摇臂壳体结构改进,改进之后的摇臂壳体满足安全使用要求。改进摇臂壳体的应用,降低了摇臂壳体的故障频率,提高了采煤机有效工作时间,降低了采煤机运维成本,减少了煤炭成本,提高了煤炭产量,为煤炭企业创造了更多的经济效益。
Aiming at the problem of cracking at the rib plate position in the rocker shell of coal mining machine,the strength analysis of rocker shell was carried out by using ANSYS W orkbench simulation and analysis software with the rocker shell of J71A thin seam high-power coal mining machine as the object of research,and the results showed that the stress concentration at the rib plate position of the rocker shell was the main reason for its fracture.The structural improvement of the rocker arm shell is completed by increasing the size of the rib plate,and the improved rocker arm shell meets the requirements for safe use.The application of the improved rocker arm shell reduces the failure frequency of the rocker arm shell,improves the effective working time of the coal mining machine,reduces the operation and maintenance cost of the coal mining machine,reduces the cost of coal,improves the coal production,and creates more economic benefits for the coal enterprises.
