摘要
结合煤矿井下实际情况,基于PLC、CAN总线及STM32构建液压支架远程监控系统,该系统通过液压支架各传感器数据、操纵阀组状态实现运行参数监测,通过CAN报文实现监测数据传输,并针对井下电磁环境干扰严重、环境恶劣等问题,给出通信抗干扰措施。现场应用表明,该系统可实现液压支架远程实时监测,有助于液压支架控制效果。
Combined with the actual situation of underground coal mine,based on PLC,CAN bus and STM32 to build a remote monitoring system of hydraulic support architecture,the system through the hydraulic support of the sensor data,the manipulation of the valve group status to achieve the operating parameters monitoring,through the CAN message to achieve the monitoring of the data transmission,and for the serious interference in the electromagnetic environment of the underground,the environment is harsh and so on,to give the communication of the anti-jamming measures.Field application shows that the system can realise remote real-time monitoring of hydraulic support,which contributes to the control effect of hydraulic support.
