摘要
为实现带式输送机高效巡检,针对带式输送机铺设距离长、工作环境恶劣以及空间狭小等问题,构建一种带式输送机巡检系统代替人工巡检。巡检系统关键子系统包括有轨道系统轨道支撑系统、机器人本体以及无线通信系统等,采用高强度铝合金作为运行轨道并固定到巷道顶部;机器人本体布置有各类检测传感器、无线通信以及视频采集、温度采集装置等,实现运行沿线环境参数、带式输送机运行状态等采集;在巷道内间隔150m布置一个无线基站,通过无线基站实时接收机器人本体检测数据并传输至上位机,实现检测数据分析,以便实时掌握带式输送机运行情况。现场应用后,该巡检系统运行平稳,可代替人工巡检,应用效果较为显著。
In order to achieve efficient inspection of belt conveyor,a belt conveyor inspection system is constructed instead of manual inspection for the problems of long laying distance,poor working environment and small space of belt conveyor.The key sub-systems of the inspection system include the track system,the track support system,the robot body and the wireless communication system,etc.A high-strength aluminium alloy is used as the running track and fixed to the top of the roadway;the robot body is arranged with various types of detecting sensors,wireless communication,video acquisition,temperature acquisition devices,etc.,to realize the collection of environmental parameters along the running line and the running status of the belt conveyor;a wireless base station is arranged at intervals of 150 m inside the roadway,and a wireless base station is set up through the wireless communication system.A wireless base station is arranged in the roadway at intervals of 150 m.The wireless base station receives the inspection data of the robot body in real time and transmits it to the supercomputer to analyse the inspection data,so as to grasp the operation situation of the belt conveyor in real time.After the field application,the inspection system runs smoothly and can replace manual inspection,and the application effect is quite remarkable.
