煤矿主通风机自动控制系统设计及效果分析

摘要 为提升矿井通风系统的稳定性,避免矿井通风失稳,设计采用主通风机不停风倒机自动控制系统,主要包括系统总体架构、硬件结构和软件总体流程图,并结合应用模块化设计控制程序;对比分析系统改造前后,回风巷道风量和瓦斯数据信息,结果表明,该系统能够保证在风机倒机中系统的稳定,波动幅度小于10%,避免了在通风机倒机中产生瓦斯聚集及安全隐患,通风系统稳定。 In order to improve the stability of the mine ventilation system and avoid the instability of the mine ventilation,the design adopts the automatic control system of the main ventilator without stopping the wind inverting machine,which mainly includes the overall system architecture,hardware structure and overall flow chart of the software,and combines with the application of modular design of the control program;the comparative analysis of the system before and after the transformation of the return-airway wind and gas data information,the results show that:the system is able to ensure the stability of the system in the fan inverting,and the fluctuation is less than 10 per cent.The results show that the system can ensure the stability of the system in fan reversing,the fluctuation is less than 10%,avoiding the gas gathering and safety hidden danger in ventilator reversing,and the ventilation system is stable.
