普通铣床横向走刀螺母支架的损坏分析和修复

摘要 通过分析铣床横向走刀螺母支架的损坏因素及特征发现,螺母支架折断损坏通常出现在两个特定点位,因此针对性制定出一套修复工艺。通过制作夹具紧固断裂支架,再进行焊接的手段对折断支架进行精确焊接修复,同时进行基面铣平处理。对完成焊接修复工艺后的螺母支架进行装配及效果测试发现,螺母支架强度可以得到充分保证,同时切削零部件的精度也可以满足图纸设计需要,实用效果较好。 By analysing the damage factors and characteristics of the nut holder of the transverse tool carrier of the milling machine,it is found that the fracture damage of the nut holder usually occurs at two specific points,so a set of repair process is formulated accordingly.Through the production of fixtures to fasten the fractured bracket,and then welding means of fracture bracket for precise welding repair,and at the same time,the base surface milling treatment.After the completion of the welding repair process of the nut bracket assembly and effect test found that the nut bracket strength can be fully guaranteed,while the precision of the cuting parts can also meet the needs of the drawing design,the practical effect is good.
