摘要
高地应力下的巷道围岩高层支护强度过高,不仅造成材料浪费,而且耗费大量时间影响采掘速度;支护强度较低无法做到围岩有效控制,出现围岩大变形或冒顶事故,造成巷道无法正常使用。基于此,结合高应力巷道围岩高层下的地质特性以及工作面采掘规律,提出巷道新型锚杆联合支护方案,并进行现场监测,分析巷道顶底板移进量以及锚杆的受力情况。通过监测结果发现,新型支护方案可以有效减缓围岩变形,顶底板移近量趋于稳定且在130mm范围内,支护效果较好。
The high support strength of the high level of roadway peripheral rock under high stress not only causes material waste,but also consumes a lot of time and affects the mining speed;the low support strength can not achieve the effective control of peripheral rock,and there will be a big deformation of the peripheral rock or roofing accidents,which will lead to the failure of the roadway to be used normally.Based on this,combined with the geological characteristics of the high stress roadway under the high level of surrounding rock and the mining law of the working face,a new type of joint support scheme of the roadway anchors is proposed,and on-site monitoring is carried out to analyse the amount of the top and bottom plates of the roadway moving in and the force of the anchors.Through the monitoring results,it is found that the new support scheme can effectively slow down the deformation of the surrounding rock,and the amount of top and bottom plate migration tends to be stable and within the range of 130 mm,so the support effect is good.
