综采工作面应力区围岩支护技术

摘要 针对裕兴煤矿15210工作面回采期间超前应力区围岩破碎严重,导致巷帮垮落、顶板出现跨距、单体柱受力变形等,以及回风顺槽收缩量大,端头支架移架困难等问题,决定对超前应力区采取“液压伸缩钢棚+走向迈步式锚索吊棚+桁架锚索”等联合支护措施,通过实际应用效果来看,该支护技术可有效控制应力区围岩失稳现象,取得了显著应用成效。 In view of the serious crushing of the surrounding rock in the over-stress area during the back mining of 15210 working face in Yuxing coal mine,which leads to the collapse of the road gang,the span of the roof plate and the deformation of the monolithic column,as well as the large amount of shrinkage of the return wind tunnel and the difficulty of the end bracket shifting,etc.,it is decided to adopt joint support measures such as"hydraulic retractable steel shed,walking towards the step-type anchor sling,truss anchor"and so on in the over-stress area by means of technological research.Through the technical research,it is decided to adopt"hydraulic retractable steel shed+walking anchor sling+truss anchor cable"and other joint support measures for the over-stress area,and through the practical application effect,the instability of surrounding rock in the stress area is effectively controlled,and significant application results have been achieved.
