论红色文化资源育人的三个转化

On the Three Transformations for Cultivating Talent with the Red Cultural Resources

红色文化资源是优质教育资源。然而,原生态红色文化资源却很难直接进入院校的课堂教学。用好红色文化资源育人必须做好“三个转化”。首先将红色文化资源转化为教育教学资源,进而将红色教育教学资源转化为课程资源,最后将课程资源转化为学习主体的素质能力。红色文化资源转化为教育教学资源要突破教材只能是文本教材的观念,创新教材形式,打造文本类、影像类、场馆类和现场类等教材。红色教育教学资源转化为课程资源要创新课程观,开发设计讲授聆听类、解说观察类、互动交流类、活动类和体验类等课程形态。红色课程资源转化为学习主体的素质能力要创新教学方式,综合运用访谈式、展示式、音像式、体验式、活动参与式等教学方式,将红色文化资源蕴涵的态度、情感、价值观等内化为学习主体的素质能力。

Red cultural resources are quality education resources.However,it is difficult for the original red cultural resources to directly enter the classroom teaching of education institutions.To cultivate talent with the red cultural resources,we must do well the work of“three transformations”.We should first transform the red cultural resources into educational and teaching resources,and then transform the red educational and teaching resources into curriculum resources,and finally transform the curriculum resources into the quality and ability of the students.To transform the red cultural resources into educational and teaching resources,we should break the traditional concept that textbooks must be in the form of text,and innovate in the form of teaching materials,and construct teaching materials in diverse forms including text,image,museum,venue,and so on.To transform the red educational and teaching resources into curriculum resources,we should bring forth new ideas on curriculum,and develop and design curricula in diverse forms such as lecturing and listening,narrating and observing,interaction and exchange,activity,experiencing,and so forth.To transform the red curriculum resources into the quality and ability of the students,we should innovate in the teaching methods,and apply diverse teaching methods and means like interview,exhibition,audio and video,experiencing,activity participating,etc.,so as to internalize the attitudes,feelings and values contained in the red cultural resources into the quality and ability of the students.
