Being good at summing up experiences is a fine tradition of the CPC,and also an important magic weapon for leading officials to make progress in their own career and promote the development of their causes.Without the ability to sum up experience correctly,leading officials cannot understand their work in an all-around,systematic,objective and dialectical way,and cannot increase their leadershipwisdom,enrich their work experience,and improve their level of leadership.To better sum up experiences in the new era,leading officials can use the following main methods:seeing the essence through the phenomenon;grasping the direction and overall situation;adhering to the standard of practice;being good at analysis and synthesis;adhering to the mass line;being good at discovering the particularity,and so forth.
