摘要
餐饮油烟成分复杂,其中部分物质如多环芳烃、醛类等物质能对人体健康产生严重威胁,餐饮油烟排放还是造成大气污染的元凶之一。通过调研资料,系统地分析了餐饮油烟污染问题的成因与现状,并建议完善相关法律法规、加强公众对餐饮油烟污染的认知、明确执法部门职责等,以促进餐饮油烟污染问题的解决。
Cooking oil fumes(COFs)has complex composition,some of these substances,such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,aldehydes and other substances,can pose a serious threat to human health.Additionally,COFs emissions is one of the culprits of air pollution.Through the survey data,this study systematically analyzes the causes and current situation of the problem of COFs pollution,and suggests that it is necessary to improve relevant laws and regulations,strengthen the public's understanding of COFs pollution,and clarify the responsibilities of law enforcement departments,hoping to provide reference for the smooth solution of this problem.
