磁锚定单孔腹腔镜与传统腹腔镜袖状胃切除术的比较研究 被引量:2

A comparative study of magnetically anchored technology-assisted transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy and traditional laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy

摘要 目的:探讨肥胖症患者行磁锚定技术辅助经脐单孔腹腔镜袖状胃切除术的可行性、安全性及优势。方法:选取2021年3月至2022年4月完成的30例袖状胃切除术,将2021年3月至2021年9月收治的患者分配至锚定组(n=15),行磁锚定技术辅助经脐单孔腹腔镜袖状胃切除术;2021年10月至2022年4月收治的患者分配至传统组(n=15),行传统腹腔镜袖状胃切除术。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、术后第3天疼痛评分、术后6个月多余体重减少百分比、术后2周切口满意度及合并症缓解情况等相关指标。结果:30例患者均顺利完成手术。锚定组与传统组术后住院时间[(3.13±0.35)d vs.(3.60±0.74)d]、术后第3天疼痛评分[(3.33±0.62)分vs.(4.73±1.28)分]、术后2周切口满意度评分[(4.47±0.64)分vs.(3.13±0.92)分]差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后6个月多余体重减少百分比及合并症缓解情况差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:磁锚定技术辅助经脐单孔腹腔镜袖状胃切除术安全、有效,在缩短术后住院时间、减轻术后疼痛、提高患者满意度方面较传统腹腔镜袖状胃切除术更具优势。 Objective:To explore the feasibility,safety and superiority of magnetically anchored technology-assisted transumbi-lical single-incision laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy in obese patients.Methods:A total of 30 cases of sleeve gastrectomy completed from Mar.2021 to Apr.2022 were selected.According to the time of admission,patients from Mar.2021 to Sep.2021 were divided into the magnetically anchored technology-assisted transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy group(anchored group,n=15)and patients from Oct.2021 to Apr.2022 in to the traditional laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy group(traditional group,n=15).The duration of surgery,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,pain score at the third day after surgery,percentage of excess weight loss at 6 months after surgery,satisfaction with incision at two weeks a fter surgery,and comorbidity alleviation between the two groups were compared.Results:All 30 patients successfully completed the surgery.The postoperative hospital stay of the anchored group and the traditional group were(3.13±0.35)d and(3.60±0.74)d,the pain scores at the third day after surgery of the two groups were(3.33±0.62)and(4.73±1.28),and the incision satisfaction scores at two weeks after surgery of the two groups were(4.47±0.64)and(3.13±0.92),respectively,and the differences were statistically s ignificant(P<0.05).However,there were no significant diffe-rences in duration of surgery,intraoperative blood loss,percentage of excess weight loss at 6 months after surgery,and comorbidity alle-v iation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Magnetically anchored technology-assisted transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy is safe and effective,and it has more advantages in shortening postoperative hospital stay,reducing postoperative pain,and improving patient satisfaction than traditional laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.
