减重手术与小肠细菌过度生长的关系

摘要 减重手术目前正成为解决肥胖的有效手段之一,但减重手术后通常会出现各种胃肠道症状,这可能与小肠细菌过度生长有关。小肠细菌过度生长的发病机制通常与机体防止细菌过度生长的内源性防御机制受损有关,诊断小肠细菌过度生长的方法主要有小肠抽吸物培养及呼吸测试实验,小肠抽吸物培养为金标准,但操作复杂,较昂贵,且为有创操作,主要用于实验室研究;呼吸测试实验主要有葡萄糖呼气测试、乳果糖呼气测试两种,前者较后者更为准确,是目前临床应用的主要方法。本文现就减重手术与小肠细菌过度生长的关系研究进展作一综述。
