基于情感:立德树人导向的大学教学范式改进研究 被引量:3

Based on Affect:The Improvement Research of University Instruction Paradigm Guided by Cultivating People with Morality

摘要 大学教学功能从“人才培养”落实为“立德树人”,关涉教学范式改进。教学范式改进是行动的学问,设计研究的方法论能够确保改进有效与正当。没有情感的健全发展不会有人的健全发展,情感教育理论适合教学范式改进的设计研究。改进原因在于,中国大学教学对“培养什么人”的问题在认识关系、社会关系和自我关系三个维度出现目标错位;改进计划包括教学开发范式从“技术理性”导向转向“设计理性”导向,教学评价范式从表现性评价转向真实性评价,教师专业发展范式从“技术熟练者”转向“反思实践者”;落实改进计划在于制度化的引导、专业化的规范和生活化的确保;以立德树人的价值内涵判断和反思改进质量,通过设计研究的迭代,增进教学范式的立德树人质量。 In order to be effective in cultivating people with morality based on personnel training,the university instruction paradigm must be improved.The improvement is the intelligence of action.The scientific improvement needs design-based research,and putting forward appropriate theories for design-based research.Without the sound development of affects,there will be no sound development of people.The theories of affective education are beneficial for cultivating people with morality.The targets dislocations being in cognitive relationship,social relationship and self-relationship of instruction are the reasons for improvement.It involves three aspects about the improvement plans:in the aspect of instruction development paradigm,it is an oriented transformation from"technical rationality"to"design rationality";in the aspect of instruction evaluation paradigm,it is a transformation from performance evaluation to authenticity one;in teacher professional development,it converts from"skilled workers"to"reflective practitioners".If the improvement plans should be transformed into effective actions,it would need institutionalization to trigger,professionalization to discipline and affect accumulation,It is important to evaluate the quality of such improvement,and it is necessary to transform the value implications of cultivating people with morality into observable and furtherupgraded indexes for every segment in the design-based research.Through the iteration of such design-based research,it promotes a systematic establishment of cultivating people with morality in instruction paradigm,which would be valid and legitimate.
