2022中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会圆纬机及无缝内衣机述评

摘要 介绍2022年中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会参展圆纬机及无缝内衣机的厂商和设备概况。阐述参展针织圆纬机及无缝内衣机的技术特点,包括:参展细针大圆机多数是开幅大圆机,织造所用原料化纤长纤维占多数,展出了电脑移圈罗纹提花针织大圆机,毛绒类的设备展出数量创新高等。并分析参展针织圆纬机部件和配件,包括选针器和电控及相关管理软件,以及沉降片和织针的技术特点。本次展会反映出针织圆纬机及无缝内衣机的自动化和智能化水平比上届有了更多的应用和提升,指出用设备和软件来取代部分传统人工操作和管理方式,是未来针织设备发展的必然之路。 This paper introduces the manufacturers and equipment of circular weft kniting machines and seamless underwear knitting machines exhibited in China International Textile Machinery Exhibition-2022 ITMA Asia.The technical characteristics of circular weft knitting machines and seamless underwear knitting machines at the exhibition are described.Most of the circular kniting machines at the exhibition are open width types.The long chemical fiber is the main knitting raw material.The computer-based loop-transfer jacquard knitting machines are exhibited.The number of plush knitting equipment reaches a new high level.This paper also analyzes the technical characteristics of circular weft knitting machine components and accessories,including needle selector,electronic control and related management software,knitting needle and sinker.This exhibition reflects that the automation and intelligence level of circular weft knitting machines and seamless underwear knitting machines has been more applied and improved than the last session.It points out that replacing part of the traditional manual operation and management with equipment and software is the inevitable way for the future development of knitting equipment.
