Review of the Warp Knitting Machines in China International Textile Machinery Exhibition—2022 ITMA Asia

介绍2022年中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会经编机及整经机的参展情况和技术特征。概述参展经编机与整经机的主要技术特点,比如高速化、智能化、超宽幅等,并且绝大多数经编机都使用了电子数控技术,其机电一体化水平显著增强。结果表明,我国经编机制造水平有了显著提高,智慧纺织、软件集成、自动化纺织正在逐渐实现,并提出我国经编机制造企业应进一步提升经编设备智能程度,令经编机真正实现智能化、高速化、绿色化。

This paper mainly introduces the exhibition situation and the technical characteristics of the warp knitting machines in China International Textile Machinery Exhibition-2022 ITMA Asia.The main technical characteristics of the warp knitting machines and the warping machines at the exhibition are summarized,such as high speed,intelligence and ultra-wide width,etc.,and most of the warp knitting machines use electronic numerical control technology,and the level of mechatronics is significantly enhanced.The manufacturing level of warp knitting machine in China has been significantly improved,and intelligent textile,software integration and automatic textile are becoming reality gradually.
