基于COMSOL的圆纬机电磁选针器特性分析

摘要 针对现有电磁选针器长时间工作存在发热及电磁力降低等问题,提出一种基于COMSOL的电磁热耦合仿真方案。通过COMSOL多物理场耦合能力对短时间内电磁热耦合进行仿真,得出电磁选针器各发热部分平均时间损耗并将其作为热源,然后利用温度场进行单物理场仿真,得到长时间工作状态下电磁选针器温升曲线。最后通过对脉冲电压脉宽、塑料骨架结构、线圈匝数、外部冷却条件等参数进行调整,优化电磁选针器发热状况,并增强选针器电磁力等性能。仿真结果表明,磁保持电磁选针器正常工作下饱和温升约20.00℃,经优化后,温升下降约5.81%,同时电磁力也有一定提升。 Aiming at the problems of heating and electromagnetic force reduction of existing electromagnetic needle selector during long working time,a simulation scheme of electromagnetic and thermal coupling based on COMSOL was proposed.The electromagnetic and thermal coupling in a short time was simulated by COMSOL multi-physical field coupling capability,and the average time loss of each heating part of the electromagnetic needle selector was obtained and used as the heat source.Then the temperature field was used for single physical field simulation to obtain the temperature rise curve of the electromagnetic needle selector under the long working state.Finally,by adjusting the pulse voltage pulse width,plastic skeleton structure,coil turns,external cooling conditions and other parameters,the heating condition of the electromagnetic needle selector was optimized,and the electromagnetic force performance of the needle selector was enhanced.The simulation results show that the saturation temperature rise is about 20℃under the normal operation of the magnetic retention electromagnetic needle selector.After optimization,the temperature rise decreases about 5.81%,and the electromagnetic force also has a certain improvement.
