摘要 通过探讨生物基化学纤维在纺织品领域应用前景及价值,从而加快生物基化学纤维的广泛使用及进一步促进纺织品产业的绿色、可持续发展,文章首先总结了近年来生物基化学纤维的发展现状,然后分别阐述了聚乳酸、PPT、PA56等6种现阶段常见的生物基化学纤维的制备方法、性能特点及应用情况,最后分析了生物基化学纤维产业发展所存在的问题,并为生物基化学纤维今后发展提出适当建议。 Through exploring the application prospects and values of bio-based chemical fibers in textile industry to accelerate the wide application of bio-based fibers and further to promote the green and sustainable development of textile industry,this paper summarizes the development status of the bio-based chemical fibers in recent years firstly.Secondly,the preparation methods,performance characteristics,and application of six commonly used bio-based chemical fibers including polylactic acid,PPT,and PA56 are described.Finally,the problems existing in the development of bio-based chemical fiber industry are analyzed.And the paper makes appropriate recommendations for the future development of bio-based chemical fibers.
