摘要
介绍SHR低浴比智能管式染色机的产品结构、工作原理,从“√”形低浴比缸体结构、智能扭矩控制系统、二次稀释混料系统及智能冲洗、温度及浓度平衡、智能化自动调节喷嘴技术等方面阐述技术创新点,并分析应用能耗。经现场实际应用表明,通过合理的染色机结构设计及智能化的系统控制,可以有效降低管式染色机的浴比,提高染色品质。
This paper introduces the product structure and working principle of SHR low-liquor-ratio tube dyeing machine,elaborates the technical innovation points from the aspects of low-liquor-ratio chamber structure"√",intelligent fabric lifting system,the second circulation system and intelligent washing,temperature and concentration equilibrium and intlligent adjustable nozzle,analyses the application energy consumption as well.The actual application shows that due to the reasonable structure design and intelligent system control,the liquor ratio of tube dyeing machine can be effectively reduced and the fabric quality can be improved.
