摘要
有效推进高校教师思想政治教育是课程思政建设的重要外溢效应之一。实现与课程思政的同频共进,对推进高校教师思想政治教育具有重大作用。深刻的教育形式、丰富的教育资源以及多元的评价维度,进一步突显了以课程思政建设推进高校教师思想政治教育的内在优势。推进高校教师思想政治教育,需要全方位保障课程思政建设,进一步明确师生的共生性、彰显教育的系统性、重视教师的发展性。
The effective promotion of ideological and political education of college teachers is one of the important spillover effects of curriculum ideology and politics construction.It is of a great importance to promote the ideological and political education of college teachers to realize the simultaneous development of ideological and political education with curriculum.Profound educational forms,abundant educational resources and multiple evaluation dimensions highlight the inherent advantages of promoting ideological and political education of college teachers by curriculum ideology and politics construction.The promotion of ideological and political education of college teachers requires to guarantee the curriculum ideology and politics construction in an all-round way as well as further clarify the symbiosis of teachers and students,highlight the system of education and pay attention to the development of teachers.
