Research on Reform Path of College Labor Education in the New Era

党和国家对劳动精神培育高度重视,加强劳动精神培育从国家层面、高校层面和个体层面都有着尤为重要的意义。我们从狭义的劳动角度出发,分析阐述了高校劳动精神培育的必要性,针对高校进行劳动教育中现存问题,提出了劳动精神培养提升的路径,从开展劳动理论教育、实践教育、创造教育、健全机制和创新载体五方面加强大学生劳动精神培育,进一步夯实高校劳动育人成效。

The Party and the country attach great importance to the cultivation of labor spirit,and it is particularly important to strengthen the cultivation of labor spirit from the national level,university level and individual level.From the perspective of labor in a narrow sense,this paper analyzes and expounds the necessity of cultivating college students’labor spirit.Aiming at the existed problems in college labor education,it puts forward the path of cultivating and improving college students’labor spirit from five aspects such as carrying out labor theory education,practical education,creative education,sound mechanism and innovative carrier,in order to strengthen the cultivation of college students’labor spirit and further consolidate the effectiveness of labor education in universities.
