摘要
校园话剧以双向教育、实践教育和艺术教育的方式契合青年的成长规律,并因其主体广泛性、过程现实性和系统完整性的特点使朋辈教育、氛围营造和寓教于乐更好地贯通隐性教育的过程。其引领学生主体对自身道德品行、人文素质、艺术审美、实践品格和创新精神进行自我培育、自我发展,对新时代高校育人工作赋能提质有重要的现实意义。
School drama meets the growth law of youth in the form of two-way education,practical education and art education,and makes peer education,atmosphere creation and edutainment better through the process of implicit education because of its characteristics of subject extensiveness,process realism and system integrity.Leading students self-cultivation and self-development of their own moral character,humanistic quality,artistic aesthetics,practical character and innovative spirit is of great practical significance to the empowerment and quality improvement of education work in colleges and universities in the new era.
