摘要
校本研修作为促进教师专业发展的可靠保障,在教育高质量发展的当下备受教育界的关注。对长春地区13个县(市)区的学校、教师抽样调查表明,教师在校本研修中存在思想认识不足、研修目标不够准确,以及学校的相应制度建设短板明显、对教师专业引领的作用发挥不足等问题。基于长期的教育科研实践与观察来分析校本研修实践中存在问题的根源及解决策略,以加大宣传力度、强化理论学习、健全研修制度、加强干预措施、完善教育信息化设备等途径,提升中小学校本研修的成效,提高教师的综合素质和专业水平,能够有效推动教育事业的高质量发展。
As a reliable guarantee to promote the professional development of teachers,school-based research and training has attracted the attention of the education circle in the current high-quality development of education.The sample survey of teachers in 13 counties(cities)of Chang chun shows that there are some problems in school-based research and training,such as lack of ideological understanding,inaccurate objectives of research and training,obvious shortcomings in the corresponding system construction of schools,and insufficient play of the role of leading teachers profession.Based on the practice and observation of educational research and research,the root causes of problems in school-based research and training practice and their solutions are analyzed,so as to enhance the professional leading role of school-based research and training in primary and secondary schools and improve the comprehensive quality and professional level of teachers by increasing publicity,strengthening theoretical learning,perfecting research and training system,strengthening intervention measures and improving educational information equipment,it can effectively promote the high-quality development of education.
