“1+3+3”:打造学前教育“政行园校”协同育人模式

摘要 “1+3+3”模式通过发挥“政、行、校”作用,依托闽西南学前教育联盟、泉州市幼儿教育集团和泉州市学前教育职业院校联盟为载体,助推“园”师资素养提升,发挥校企合作优势,内引外联助推交流研讨,发挥高校的智库作用,建立资源共享平台,在推动区域学前教育师资水平提升、学前教育事业发展改革、行业企业和幼儿园建设发展等方面取得可观的成效。 In the“1+3+3”mode,governments,relevant industries and colleges all play their roles correspondingly.Together with carriers like the South&West Fujian Preschool Education Alliance,Quanzhou Early Childhood Education Group and Quanzhou Vocational College Alliance of Preschool Education,the mode promotes the improvement of teachers’quality in kindergartens,gives full play to the advantages of college-enterprise cooperation,boost internal and external connections for further exchanges and discussions,engages colleges and universities fully in the role of think tanks,and establishes a resource sharing platform.The implication of the mode has led to substantial progress in teacher quality enhancement,the growth and reform of preschool education,the construction and development of the preschool industry and enterprises as well as kindergartens.
