立德树人、守正创新,持续推进住培高质量发展——华西医院十年实践

Foster virtue through education,uphold fundamental principles and break new ground to promote the high-quality development of standardized residency training-ten years practice of West China Hospital

自2013年底我国住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)制度正式建立,至今已有10年时间。在我国住培工作进入由制度建设向内涵建设转变的关键阶段,如何聚焦内涵、改革创新、推进住培工作高质量发展,实现住培工作规范化、标准化、同质化是各培训基地工作的重点。该文简述四川大学华西医院住培多年的经验,分享医学人文教育、过程培养路径、住培课程建设、教学活动管理、师资遴选机制等方面的优化和创新工作,紧密围绕住院医师六大胜任力培训目标,通过探索培训模式,改革培训体系,加强住培内涵建设,在实践中探索出一条促进住培可持续发展的路径,为推动住培高质量发展提供参考。

It has been ten years since the formal establishment of standardized residency training in China in 2013.China's standardized residency training has entered a key stage of transformation from system construction to connotation construction.The key point of the work in all training bases is how to focus on connotation,reform and innovation to promote high-quality development of standardized residency training,realizing normalization,standardization and homogenization.This article briefly describes the development of standardized residency training in West China Hospital of Sichuan University over the years.Based on practical experiences,the article shares the optimization and innovation of medical humanistic education,process training model,residency training course construction,teaching activity management,and teacher selection mechanism,etc.Focusing on the objectives of six competencies,the article explores a sustainable development path in practice to strengthen the connotation construction by exploring training models and reforming training systems,and it provides a reference for promoting high-quality development of residency training.
