广西壮族自治区全科临床基地师资建设初探

Construction of teaching staff in general practice clinical bases in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

目的分析广西壮族自治区(简称广西)全科临床基地师资现状,探索欠发达地区全科师资质量建设的对策。方法文献研究法、综合方法。结果全科临床基地师资水平直接影响着全科医师规范化培训的质量,广西全科医学人才紧缺,全科师资建设面临诸多问题与挑战。结论广西全科师资普遍存在师资力量薄弱,接受系统的全科培训力度不够,需制定科学高效的全科师资遴选条件和培训考核计划,采取各种措施提高全科师资质量,为欠发达地区全科师资建设提供依据。

Objective To analyze the current situation of teachers in general practice clinical bases in Guangxi,and explore how to improve the general practice trainers in underdeveloped areas.Methods Document research and comprehensive methods were used.Results The quelity of teachers in general practice clinical bases greatly affected the quality of standardized training of general practitioners.There was a shortage of general practitioners,and the construction of teaching staff in general practice faced many problems and challenges.Conclusion General practitioner trainers in Guangxi is generally weak and lack of formal training.It is necessary to scientifically formulate general practitioner selection conditions and training assessment plans,and to take various measures to improve the quality of general practitioner trainers,so as to provide the basis for the connotation construction of general practitioner trainers,and for the continuing education in underdeveloped areas.
