广东省潮州供水枢纽库区库容及出海口五闸河槽槽蓄量计算与成果分析

摘要 为解决广东省潮州供水枢纽库区库容及出海口五闸河槽槽蓄量的计算问题,采用无人机和无人船进行数据采集,制作符合规范要求的地形图,通过地形图制作数字高程模型(DEM)进行库容及和槽蓄量计算,率定了广东省潮州供水枢纽库区的库容及出海口五闸河槽槽蓄量,将现有库容与10 a前的库容进行比对和成果分析。结果表明,潮州供水枢纽经过10多年的运行,库区库容发生了明显变化,为确保韩江下游及三角洲地区供水和度汛安全,同时也为了更加精准地掌握枢纽库区库容及出海口五闸河槽槽蓄量,建议相关部门定期进行复测,这对于韩江下游及三角洲地区的水灾害预报和评估具有非常重要的意义。 To solve the problem of the reservoir capacity of Chaozhou Water Supply project in Guangdong Province and the channel storage capacity of WUZHA channel at the outlet,Using UAV and USV for data collection to produce topographic maps and DEM,then use DEM to calculate storage capacity and channel storage,through the comparison and results analysis of relevant storage capacity data,pointing out that storage capacity of the Chaozhou Water Supply project has changed significantly after more than a decade of operation,in order to ensure the safety of water supply and flood season in the Lower reaches of Hanjiang River and delta area,at the same time,in order to know more accurately the reservoir capacity of Chaozhou Water Supply project and the storage capacity of WUZHA channel at the outlet,it is suggested that the relevant departments should re-survey regularly,it is of great significance for the prediction and assessment of water disasters in the lower reaches of Hanjiang River and the delta region.
